Mechanic events missing for ~24hrs

Resolved

For about 24 hours, Locksmith failed to deliver webhooks to Mechanic. This only affected stores that have manually enabled Mechanic events in their Locksmith settings.

This incident is now resolved. The missing events will not be backfilled; they are lost.
